Terms & Conditions

• For bridal bookings, the deposit will be £10.00 + travel charge. This amount will be deductible from the final cost.
• For all group bookings of 4+, the deposit will be 20% including travel- change including to plus.
• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable (unless the hairstylist has cancelled the booking).
• Date changes will require a new deposit.
• Changes to your initial timings may not be possible due to other bookings and travel time.
• Any booking cancelled in less than 24 hours will require a 50% charge.
• All prices are non-negotiable and all terms, conditions, and services are agreed upon.

Before Your Booking

• Ensure you have given all the correct up to date information.
• Address / time to be ready / client number(s).
• Notify of any off-site parking or locations difficult to find.
• Please send pictures of hair in natural lighting for your extensions to be colour matched and ordered.
• Hair must be washed and fully blow-dried (please do not straighten unless tight natural curls).
• Any issues (allergies / scalp irritations, hair loss conditions) please speak with me.
• Please be on time for your booking.
• Makeup must be applied before the hairstylist unless agreed.
• Hair extensions must be removed for waves.
• Human hair extensions must be provided for Hollywood waves.
